Are you ready for your heart to melt? It certainly well when you meet Amber! A 25 lb, 8 years young basenji/pug mix, she's got the softest brown eyes and the cutest underbite you ever saw!!! Amber was adopted from us about 5 years ago but recently lost her mom; she's moved past her grieving period and is ready to move forward and find a new special someone. Amber bonds tightly with her person/people and is so devoted. Although a little shy with new people, she very much enjoys walks and outings so is a great travel companion. When not basking in the sun, Amber's favorite activities involve playing catch or running around with toys; she can easily amuse herself given a few squeakies! Although she is fine in her foster home with four other dogs, she'd be happiest as an "only child" as then she could get all the love she craves so much. Amber is potty trained and well-mannered in the house so is an "easy keeper'. After her recent loss, Amber surely needs someone who will adore her and spoil her as she deserves. She lives every day as if it was her best day ever! Let Amber share her joy with you!!! Her adoption fee is $175; she's spayed, microchipped as well as current on vaccinations & heartworm preventative.
