My story

I probably got my name because I am sort of like a scooter and have a "bigger engine" than a moped.  In other words, I am just a tad active and my foster person says that I "am full of it!". But don't get the wrong idea -- I LOVE attention and can be really cuddly and kissy at times so I am not always busy, busy.
That said, exercise is good for me and I really like to play with doggie toys.  I don't play well with other dogs over toys because they are MINE.  While I sometimes play with other dogs, most of the time I would prefer to be the only dog. 
You will need to have a physically fenced yard if you want to adopt me because I can run like the wind and I am suddenly deaf to you calling me if I am loose. 
Want some excitement in your life?  Want a furry little guy who loves his crate (I can tend to get into non-doggy things when you are gone if I am not in a crate) and will give you hugs and kisses?  Apply for me!

Our adoption fee for dogs that are not seniors is $220. All dogs are spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccines and heartworm.
Our adoption process includes an application, personal and vet reference checks, and a home visit. We do not ship dogs under any circumstances.
We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are fostered in private homes. To view our dogs, please check our front page for the dates of our next Pet Parade. Appointments outside of Pet Parade to visit our dogs are only available after an application has been filled out, and processing has begun.
