Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fred is the happiest little guy with a tail that's always wagging. You wouldn't know by looking at the smile on his face that he is physically challenged. Both of his elbows are dislocated. Our vet believes it was a result of some type of trauma that happened quite some time ago (a couple years, as a guess). In addition to his elbow issue, he also has grade 4 luxating patellas (knees). Due to the issues in all 4 limbs Fred doesn't walk- he typically crawls to get around. He is happy as a clam being held and pet and would make an amazing lap dog. He loves everyone so we think he would get along with people of all ages, but he will need a home where everyone understands that Fred needs to be handled with care. Fred also has a quad cart that was donated for him by Joey Paw. The cart helps relieve some of the weight on his limbs. Fred is guessed to be about 12 years old. In addition to the standard vetting (neuter, vaccinations, heartworm and tick disease testing, microchip) Fred also received bloodwork, xrays, and a full dental cleaning. Fred's adoption donation of $250 helps cover the cost of his medical care.
