McGuyver is a very handsome boy with a heart of gold! He is about 2 to 3 years old, but thinks he is still a puppy! Give him a chance and he will be right in your lap. At 72 pounds, that is a lot of lap dog! He LOVES being with people and mostly wants your attention.

McGuyver was an outside dog much of his life, with no attention or training. He needs some training and structure to learn to be a good boy. He would do best with an owner who has some experience with large dogs. He might be a bit too much for a first time dog owner. McGuyver likes all of the other dogs he has been introduced to. He seems to be on the submissive side, plays well with other dogs and shares toys.

McGuyver will need a home with a good sized back yard for playing ball. He is a huge fan of tennis balls and his stuffed alligator. He loves to splash in water, so if you have a pool, it should be fenced in. McGuyver is a big, energetic boy who will likely be too much for very young children. He would be a good fit with kids older than about 10 or 11 years old.

McGuyver is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is house broken. Not a fan of being crated.
