Hi everybody! My name is Persephonie. I’m named after that famous Greek goddess who’s awesome but I’m pretty chill for a puppy. I hear the rescue people say I’m super adorable. I came to Help A Dog Smile with my siblings when we were in our mama's belly! She came from a sad situation in Mexico but some really caring people got her to HADS so we could all get the help we needed. We were born through an emergency c-section and thank gawd we survived! I’m sweet and I LOVE to snuggle. I play well with my sibling and do not seem to have a dominant personality. I have been introduced to adults and children to ensure good socialization. The rescue peeps think I’m a chihuahua / terrier mix whatever that means! All I know is that I’m cute. When I grow up soon, the rescue peeps think I'll be around 10-12 pounds. I'm not gonna stay a puppy forever! I'm also gonna live for a long time, like 10 to 15 years, so you hafta treat me like a family member cuz I'm not disposable for any reason, like you're moving, having babies or any reason! I'm not disposable for my entire life with you! 'Course the rescue peeps are smart and always insist that we all go to training classes to get a good start. That way we can bond, too!! Way too much fun! Get this … I'm learning potty training! Also, I heard my foster mommy say that my adoption includes my spay, microchip, and my first puppy shots.
