My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

`Through no fault of her own, Gwyn has lost the three homes she had
and is now looking for a fourth. Allergies and illnesses meant each
family who had adopted and cherished her had to make the painful
decision to give her up. She accepts each setback with grace and
bravely looks forward to her next chapter.

Gwyn has dramatic and beautiful calico markings. In Japanese culture,
calico cats symbolize good luck, fortune, and protection, and are
depicted in the Maneki-neko figurines.

She is a dainty lady despite the extra pounds she carries on her tiny
frame. She is on a low-calorie diet and gets her daily exercise by
patrolling the perimeter of her home. She loves to perch where she
can gaze out a window and, if you let her, she will happily sit for
hours on your lap in your favourite chair. It is a lovely way to
start or end a day.

Now in her golden years, Gwyn wants nothing more than a loving home to
enjoy the life you can provide her.`

I think you can put Gwyn’s likes as being brushed and cozy nap spots.
She has no dislikes that I have noticed .
I assume she tolerates other cats but don’t know about dogs or children.

More about this rescue

Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
