My name is Kelly. I am a 9 month old Chihuahua mix. My foster Mom says I remind her of a tiny sheltie. Initially, I am shy with humans, but I warm up quickly. Once I know someone, I am on 'affection overdrive'. I am a very happy girl. I do prefer dogs close to my own size, but I can live with other friendly, kind dogs. I know that I'm supposed to go outside to the bathroom, but sometimes I make a mistake. My Mom says I need an owner who will put me on a schedule and help me remember to 'go outside'.

I can be a little 'bossy' if other dogs get near my food--but I'm okay with my humans.

I am up to date with vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. I am waiting patiently for my forever home. I was given away when I was a baby, and that family sent me back a few months later. I am a good puppy -- so I don't understand why? I long for a home with someone who will love and commit to me FOREVER!
