My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please note that in most cases, breeds are a best guess.
In Annie's case, there are many different breeds combined so we picked the two we think is most prominent for the whole litter overall.

Hello, my name is Annie or “Annie Fox” as foster mom likes to call me. Just like a true fox, I am a swift, clever, mischievous and playful little girl. After a long day of chasing butterflies, digging in my garden, watching my foster mommy work-from-home (so boring), napping with my pet moose “Moosie” and building my impressive rock collection, I am ready to cuddle, cuddle and cuddle some more. (Did I mention that I like to cuddle?)

After dinner, it is ‘super zoomies time’ (SZT) where you can find me running up a storm in the backyard with a hula-hoop and an empty corn syrup bottle. I am so fast that no one can catch me! As it is back-to-school season, I have been studying up on my commands/tricks; I’m an A+ student at sit, down, stay, come and high fives. As for my kennel training, my foster mommy gives me a ‘C‘ - I really do not like the kennel and I will let everyone know how much I do not like it by singing some (loud) sad songs.

For my potty-training, I get another ‘A’ for consistently going outside to do number 2; I’m a pro at that. As for number 1; my foster mommy gives me a ‘C’ and says I need to keep studying – sometimes I will let her know when I have to go out to pee, other times I forget, and other times, I will ‘pretend’ to pee outside, but I'll actually just pee when back inside the kitchen… I’m so sneaky!

Apparently, I am a little unique when it’s time to eat. See, I like to forage for food. I will not normally eat when my food is put out; I’ll scatter it around then go back later to eat it. Food just tastes better that way. As I am still a young puppy, I am not approved for field-walks yet, but I have been practicing my leash skills in the meantime; I give myself an ‘A’ (for Annie).

I am looking for an active and loving family who will continue with my training, cuddle time, super zoomies time - and who will take me along on fun-filled adventures every day! If you are interested in potentially adopting Annie, please - Click Here to complete an application for adoption.
