My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

diesel is a five-year-old mixed breed dog. Diesel is our longest resident but a staff favorite. He loves long walks and playing in the pool in the summer. He loves stuffed toys and will play like a little puppy when he receives them. Diesel is house trained and may be able to live in the home with a female dog. Diesel does not show well due to him not being a fan of strangers, but once he gets to know you, you are in his heart for good. Diesels ideal home will be an adult only home with someone who understands the responsibility of owning a dog who does not warm up to people right away. Diesel will benefit from training and does great with the schedule and structure

Meet the Pet

Staff and volunteers can assist you in finding a pet to match your lifestyle and family to ensure a successful adoption for all.

3.
Submit Application

Found your new BFF? complete an application and staff will talk through our adoption requirements. We do not pre-approve applications.

4.
Approve Application

Staff will review your application and verify references. All family members must meet the new pet prior to finalizing the adoption.

5.
Take the Pet Home

If all requirements are met, all paperwork is complete and the adoption fee is paid, you may take your new buddy home!
