In the Great Gatsby, Jay spends his whole life trying to win Daisy’s heart—but at Mutts in Need, our Jay and Daisy are already a legendary pair. These two were abandoned together at a groomer, and their bond is truly something special. While we are listing them individually, we strongly encourage you to check out Jay’s profile as well; it’s nearly impossible to imagine this "power couple" being apart, and we would love to see them find a home that has room for both.
Daisy is a 8-years-young, 62-pound Staffy mix who is a total ham. She is charming, silly, and has a "happy-go-lucky" spirit that survived even the heartbreak of being left behind. While she is incredibly affectionate with people, she is a bit of a "one-dog woman"—she doesn't have much interest in other dogs because, in her eyes, Jay is the only friend she needs.
This beautiful girl loves her walks, playing ball, and keeping a watchful, loving eye on her boyfriend. If you are looking for a loyal, mature, and happy soul—or better yet, a ready-made family—Daisy (and Jay!) might be exactly what your home is missing.
