Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cannoli — A Sweet Girl Looking for Her Forever Family
Cannoli is a 7-year-old sweetheart who has been at Iredell County Animal Services for 30 days (as of January 29, 2026). She arrived as a stray with a microchip, and while her previous owners were contacted, she was never reclaimed. Now, we’re hoping to help Cannoli find the loving home she truly deserves. Don’t let her age fool you—this middle-aged lady is full of energy, affection, and personality.
Cannoli walks nicely on a leash, already knows the sit command, and is always ready for her next adventure. She enjoys playful zoomies during dog play groups and would do best with a canine companion who shares her rough-and-rowdy play style. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with just the right mix of fun and sass, Cannoli may be the perfect match.
Cannoli is available for adoption at Iredell County Animal Services, located at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC.
Adoption Notes:Meet-and-greets with resident dogs and children are recommended prior to adoption to ensure the best fit.
Adopters are also encouraged to follow the 3-3-3 Rule for shelter pets:• 3 days to decompress• 3 weeks to learn routines• 3 months to truly feel at home!
