We have a lot to find out about Champ but for now he is just learning about being in the kennel since he has spent his life running free - which is why he was brought to us. Champ just didn't understand that he only needed to care for his owner's property, not all of the neighbors too - and that those neighbors in fact threatened to shoot him if he kept coming around.
Champ lived with livestock and was good with them, but wasn't one to want to stay with them. We envision him eventually having a home on a small FENCED farm where he can roam around the livestock and keep predators away and continue to be the outside and free boy that he wants to be.
If this sounds like the dog you want and need, give us a shout. It will be a few days at least before Champ is ready for visitors as his "before" picture will show.
