Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stardust is a gorgeous dog with a beautiful heart who will make his forever family feel extremely lucky to have him in their life. He was found as a stray in pretty rough shape, but after a little TLC in a foster home with other dogs he appears to be “checking all the boxes” of becoming a beloved and cherished companion animal.
Stardust has a wonderful disposition: adores people, is friendly with other dogs, wants to please, is highly trainable, and he is curious about the world around him. It does not appear as though Stardust has lived inside a house before, but he is learning the ropes with crate training and routine. And while Stardust presents with an energy level typical of a growing young boy, he’s not overly hyper and equally loves to lounge with his person around.
Stardust would make an excellent dog for an active person as he enjoys trotting along the New Mexican trails, and he would be just as content with a less active family able to meet his needs in other engaging ways.
Stardust bonds quickly, so be careful if you’re taken by him as he will just as quickly capture your heart…and just in time for Valentine’s Day!
His adoption fee of $120 will include the neuter, microchip, all vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, & Bordetella), and heartworm + tickborne panel.
