* Meet our sweet Allie!!! She is a beautiful 2-year-old Terrier/PitBull Mix  (BREED IS GUESS) who weighs 33 pounds.   Allie is friendly and sweet. She is fostered with dogs and cats and loves all her fur friends.   She is very outgoing.  Allie is great with other dogs and loves to play.  Allie is pretty energetic and will need a medium to large fenced yard where she can run and play in addition to daily walks.   Allie needs a forever home where someone is at home a portion of the day.  Allie is in a foster home with older kids and does well with them.  Allie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative.

The adoption fee for this dog is $375.00 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.

***You must be at least 25 years old to adopt from Lovepaws***

***Please note that our first step is submitting an application (it does not commit you in any way but allows us to discuss with you if you and the dog are a good fit).  In addition, an important step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.***

Why adoption is a great option

Allie, a Rockville Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Rockville, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Rockville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rockville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rockville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rockville paves the way for another one to be saved.
