My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We show our dogs by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting Rwby, please fill out our online dog adoption application. The adoption fee for Rwby will be $150.

Meet RWBY (RWOO-BEE). She is an adorably smooshy 8 year old pit bull with a huge heart and a perfect pitty smile. She is a super cuddler and loves belly rubs. You don't need to have a huge couch to be win her over because even if you do she will choose to sit in your lap anyway.

RWBY's past owners had a living situation change that meant they could no longer care for Rwby, and that is how she came to be with us, before that, Rwby was found as a stray. So we don't know much about her past life, what we do know is that Rwby is a love bug who deserves a forever home.

Rwby does not care for other dogs, however she participated in a 6 week training program to work on reactivity training and other obedience and she is doing amazing in her training! She has learned through a balanced training approach and it has worked very well for her. Along with learning to manage her dog reactiveness she also know many commands such as heel, sit, down, place, and is great at loose leash walking.

Rwby lived with a five year old and loves kids and pretty much any people she meets. She is housetrained and keeps her run here at the rescue very clean. She also rides well in the car and loves to go for a pup cup!

Rwby needs someone willing to continue training and willing to be consistent in the training style that Rwby has learned so that she does not get confused. Her trainers will provide free training to her adopters to help transition her to her new home and give he adopters the tools to help her continue to succeed!

Rwby is an incredibly sweet and intelligent dog who just hasn't found the right person yet, we know she will make a great companion for someone who is willing to give her a little time and TLC.

I will also be offering 4 weeks free in home training to help her new owners learn how to stay consistent with the training she’s received. RWBY is a rockstar at doggy obedience and just needs to find a forever home to shine!!!!
