My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shiloh is a young greyhound, just two years old and a sweet, gentle dog who will make an excellent pet. She loves stuffie toys, is playful, gentle, and just a doll. She is a "velcro" dog and loves to follow her foster mom around. Shiloh is a graduate of the Second Chance at Life Greyhound Prison Program where the inmates at Gadsden Correctional Institution work with the greyhounds every day. Shiloh knows all of her basic commands: sit, stay, down, come on recall, wait, is house trained and already home acclimated. Shiloh is about 60 lbs., so is a smaller greyhound girl, and is a beautiful silver brindle. She gets along well with other dogs, but seems to be too curious about cats to be in a home with one. She did not race and broke her right rear hock while training. Shiloh has a slight limp but now that her leg has healed, she has no pain and runs around the yard with the other greyhounds in her foster home. Shiloh's $350 adoption fee includes her spay, teeth cleaning, all vaccines, leash and collar, adoption guide, grooming mit, tooth gel, stuffie toy, and of course, her special prison training.
