My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toast is an explorer, snuggly and super loving. He is happy to lay by his human companion's side and happier to be on your lap. He purrs loudly when snuggling with you. You know you have his trust when he goes belly up! He adores playing with any type of kitty toy, but his favorite is balls with bells. He has a calm nature and enjoys being held. His ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. He does well with other cats and may be best if he has a kitty playmate. He is accustomed to being around a large dog and should do well with any that is cat friendly. He is a 1-year-old brown tiger tabby with green eyes. Toast was hit by a car that resulted in a fractured hip, nerve damage to the tail and damage to the urinary tract. His hip has healed, the tail will be amputated, and since he cannot urinate on his own his bladder must be expressed at least twice a day. It is unknown if his inability to urinate on his own is temporary or permanent -- time will tell.
