Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This cute little guy was found outside of an RV park in deep South Texas. He was wandering aimlessly in the road, and thankfully a Good Samaritan picked him up so he wasn’t hit by a car. He searched for his owners in the RV park, made several social media posts, and took him to a vet to have him scanned for a microchip. Unfortunately, no owners were located and he was not chipped. After having no luck with shelters in the area having space for new intakes, the Good Samaritan decided to bring this sweet boy home to College Station to see if he could find help here. He decided to name him Lucky. He took him to the vet and had his vaccinations updated and had him examined where he tested positive for heartworms. He was fortunate to be able to get him treated for heartworms and now Lucky is doing extremely well!! Lucky is neutered, house trained, and crate trained. He is friendly with other dogs, cats, and people. Lucky needs another chance in a forever home where he can experience love and show all of the love and affection that he is capable of giving.
If you are interested in Lucky, please contact Amanda or Robert with Happy Landings Animal Rescue. Our adoption process includes an application, a meeting/play date with your future fur baby, a brief home visit, and an adoption fee. Our adoption fees are in place to offset veterinary costs and to ensure our dogs will not be used for dog fighting or any other malicious purposes.
