Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rooty is a mature little lad who just wants to spend quality time with you. Rooty is a handsome 6 month old Labrador mix dumped as a puppy. He has come a long way with the help of a foster home and is an exceptionally nice and well behaved young dog. Rooty is potty trained, sweet, and laid back. He enjoys playing with other dogs, splashing in the kiddie pool, and following his mum around during yard work. Rooty uses a doggy door to freely go outside and inside as he wishes, but has not been kennel trained. Rooty is a real winner and will enhance your family with his charm and sweetness. Pick Rooty to adopt and love forever!
Rooty’’s adoption fee is $100.00 and this includes sterilization, shots, and worming with an optional microchipping and registration for an additional $20.00. We have a dog park to check compatibility with existing dogs. Fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com. If your application is approved, a volunteer will contact you to set up a meet and greet appointment. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt-a-Pet. You must apply on our shelter website.
