My story

Beast Boy is a cute 6-month old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on June 18, 2022 along with his sister (Raven) and several other kitties who had shared his previous home.

Beast Boy has a white short smooth coat with a tiny patch of brown on his back, a long tail, and an adorable face with a streak of gray on the top of his head, beautiful blue eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers.

This little loverboy has an affectionate outgoing personality and just wanted to roll over on his back for attention when we attempted to take his photos on June 21st .. But those pictures really do show his sweet disposition.

Beast Boy was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on June 19, 2022. He was also combo tested and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm. Beast Boy weighed 6.2 lbs that day.

Beast Boy was neutered on June 28, 2022 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 5.9 lbs that day.

Beast Boy is ready to find a fabulous home where he will be loved, spoiled, and treated to belly rubs to his heart's content.

Why adoption is a great option

Beast Boy (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
