Meet Arthur! Some of you might have seen  the story of Charlotte from a few weeks ago on our Facebook…Charlotte was a terrified young dog who hadn’t left her kennel at animal control in weeks - staff couldn’t safely handle her to take her out. That all changed when RMG volunteers went to assess her and asked for another friendly dog to be brought out to help Charlotte feel more comfortable….Arthur was that dog! In an overcrowded shelter, behavior issues are one sure fire way for a dog to find themselves moving up the euthanasia list, so Arthur undoubtedly saved Charlotte’s life that day!!

Arthur is probably about 2-3 years old and about as close to perfect as they come - we know, we know…we say that a lot but it’s true! He’s great with all dogs and loves people! Arthur is so good with all dogs, as a matter of fact, that he is already becoming one of our Go To mentors for new dogs coming into his foster home! Not bad considering he is still a newby himself!
