Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This pair of best friends (Luke and Bailey) arrived at the HSOV on June 7, 2022 for a very sad reason since their mistress had passed away recently and they lost their home through no fault of their own.
Luke (pictured on the left) is an 8-year old neutered male Great Pyrenees mix. Luke has a white medium-haired smooth coat with gray highlights, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable symmetrically-marked gray-and-white face with beautiful brown eyes, a black button nose, and short floppy ears. Luke currently weighs 96 lbs.
Bailey (pictured on the right) is a 4-year old spayed female Great Pyrenees mix. Bailey has a white short smooth coat with a large patch of brown/brindle on her left shoulder, a long tail, and an adorable face with a large patch of brindle around her right eye, a brindle 'eyebrow' patch near her left eye, and short floppy ears. Bailey has the most soulful (yet sad) expressions on her face. Her eyes seem to reflect her emotions and the sorrow of losing her home. Bailey currently weighs 74.2 lbs.
Luke is reported to be good with other animals as well as children.
Bailey is reported to be ok with other dogs, but it is unknown how she feels about cats, other animals, and children.
Luke and Bailey are very bonded with each other and Bailey (especially) depends upon Luke for comfort and security ... So we have kept them together in a large private room (because of their friendship and also because of their large size) where they can enjoy the freedom of a spacious home-like environment complete with soft blankets and air-conditioning.
At this time, we feel that it would be in their best interest to find another home together.
