Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Virginia
GORGEOUS Adorable Redbone Coonhound
Stanford:
Name: Stanford
Age: 4 years old
Breed: Redbone Coonhound
Weight: 85lbs

Per Brooke rehoming him so sadly due to her own overwhelming health issues.
-Does not jump fences
-Likes to sleep on beds and couches
-Resource guards food and deer antlers, he's getting better with the antlers
-fine with other dogs
-fine with people
-loves to sniff cats
-he is very calm (loves attention)
-Not a huge fan of fish
-He pulls a bit on walks, it's a great arm workout. he's never make me trip or fall
-Does fine on long car rides (we've done many 7-8 hr rides together)
-very food motivated
-only barks in the house if he needs something
-loves to give hugs
-doesn't like baths or getting his nails trimmed
-he has some weird thing where his skin gets irritated, but a vet told me it's from allergies
-Up to date on shots
-Has heart guard and flea and tick treatments
Stanford was bought from a breeder as a puppy (I have those papers) and was with his first owners for about 18 months. During that period, I was informed that he wore a shock collar 24/7 and was not able to bark (he makes such a funny "roooo" noise when he barks now). This is speculation on my part, but I believe that he's so food driven and protective of his food because possible under feeding during that time.
His second owner (the one I am friends with on FB) had him for a little under a year. During this time he was not groomed. He was given a lot of human food which lead to him weighing about 99 lbs when he went into my care. Essentially, he lacked a lot of structure, but was given much love with them.
Since he has been in my care, I feed him daily vitamins for joints, skin health, and the occasional calming one if we take him somewhere like the vet. We take him for regular visits at Brook Run animal clinic. I take him for daily walks on a harness with a variety of leashes. We used to live in Savannah, GA, so I have a short one for city walking, a waist one for jogging, and a retractable one neighborhoods/parks. I've been doing my best to train him to not eat another dog's food, he is now respectful of when another dog is eating around him. I feed him 2.75 cups of Natural balance in a day (split into two meals) and serve it in a slow feeder. I've noticed that sometimes before I pet him that he will occasionally flinch. This doesn't limit any affection that I give him, as he is quick to lean into any touch!
