My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sky, a 6-year-young female tabby. Sky has been living with her “grandparents” for 18 months because her “dad’s” living situation couldn’t accommodate her but the arrangement was only meant to be short term. :(

She was raised from a kitten with all young men but has settled in nicely in her current home (husband and wife). She is an indoor-outdoor cat and loves to be outdoors but does stay in a fenced yard and always goes inside at night. She’s litter box trained and has very nice house manners.

Sky will probably not be a fit in a home with other cats. She tolerates an old lab dog at the moment and they can be in the same room and close to each other but she still hisses at him if he gets too close. She disappears when strangers come around but she is loving and friendly with people she knows.

While this sweet girl is not necessarily a cuddler (except on her terms) she does love to play! We think she would be best in a one or two-person cat loving home without a lot of guests coming and going.
