Jacki is just the sweetest 4 year old RED Cocker Spaniel. She is being rehomed due to no fault of her own. She adores human attention and is a velcro pup. Currently, Jacki is living in a multi-dog household and doing very well. Jacki will need a refresher on housetraining and has previously been crated. So, a committed adopter who understands that Jacki needs a consistent schedule, patience and understanding is needed.
Jacki is spayed and up to date with vaccinations and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. She has had a dental, also, to remove some tartar build up.
A committed loving home is required for Jacki. Due to no fault of her own--she has been bounced around in her short life. First as a breeder, then rehomed--then returned when the owners decided to travel--then to rescue and just recently adopted and adopters only gave her a few hours to adjust. Jacki was returned within 12 hours because she had a few potty accidents, tried to hump the resident dog, and cried during the night when she was sequestered. (All of this first day behavior is normal until a dog becomes comfortable and acclimated). Jacki was judged unfairly. She deserves so much better.
Jacki will make a loyal loving companion for someone who wants a velcro dog who loves nothing more than to be cuddled.
