My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginny and her brother Lucius are pups with the all too familiar story of abandonment. Luckily they found their guardian angel, who with a lot of patience, love and dedication saved these little warriors.

Despite Ginny's rough start to life, she is full of love, play and is very smart! She will listen to your stories, sit with you in the  garden and make sure to always be near when you need her.

Ginny is fostered near Chapala, MX and can be adopted locally or to parts of the US and Canada.

More about this rescue

Bone Voyage is a non-profit rescue group created to send Mexican dogs north to better homes. We work with the local shelters and with people in the Lake Chapala area that have many street dogs in their care.

We also assist individuals that find street dogs and don’t know what to do with them. We are all volunteers working together to try to minimize the amount of homeless dogs in the area.
