My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well... it`s been a year since Cocoa (approx. 6 years old) has been in PACC`s care and still no adoption interest. Maybe it`s because he`s well cared for in a foster home and people would rather adopt/ rescue more at-risk dogs, and I totally get that. But the dogs in foster care also deserve their FOREVER home. Cocoa would do best in a home DIFFERENT than mine. He would thrive in an active home. Someone who would take him hiking, camping, daily walks, etc. I love this boy with all my heart and that`s why I am searching for his best family.
Cocoa is a FANTASTIC dog, who is good with kids, other large dogs, super small dogs, and every type of canine in between. Unfortunately, he absolutely cannot be with cats. He`s fully crate trained, housetrained and doesn`t get car sick (although it`s not his favorite mode of travel). He doesn`t chew or nuisance bark (he does alert to anyone outside, but only appropriately). He`s totally healthy and a very FUN boy.
Won`t you please share and try to get this boy settled for good?
***PLEASE PASS THIS INFO ON TO ANY POTENTIAL ADOPTERS*** Cocoa comes with FREE DOG-SITTING for life (from me). I`ll also take him back in a heartbeat if it doesn`t work out. I will not allow him to go back into the shelter if I can at all help it. He`ll also come with a bunch of stuff, including clothes, shoes, toys, food, an expensive food and water bowl set, leash, harness, etc.
I promise, he`s just as good as he looks!
