My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This good-natured boy is ready for his forever home. Pupcorn was born in July of 2022 and weighs about 40 lbs. He is a handsome fellow who gets along great with other dogs.  Friendly with people, Pupcorn loves attention. He walks well on a leash and rides fine in the car. He enjoys his doggy pool on hot days and running and playing with his buddies. He also likes to go for long walks with his people. With one ear up and one ear down, it is easy to guess Pupcorn has a lot of personality. He is a real sweetheart who could add a lot of character to your life. And you can watch a movie with Pupcorn and not have to worry about gaining weight.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
