Meet Ginger, an adorable 2.5-year-old fella. This sweet guy has been living in a backyard in Vallejo for over a year. There is a shed there for him (for shelter), but Ginger really wants to come inside the house. Unfortunately, there are other pets that are too aggressive. :(

Ginger is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We would love to get him into a foster home or a forever home. He’s very loving. When his people come to sit with him every day, he’s so excited… And then he ends up falling asleep on their feet. If you would like to help Ginger contact Jake’s Place at 415-548-0824.

All Jake’s Place cats that are available for adoption are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLV and are microchipped.

The Adoption Fee for this cat is $110. This Fee helps pay for Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Vaccines, FIV/Leukemia testing, as well as all other Veterinary costs. Adopters must agree to return the kitty to Jake’s Place if the adoption fails at any time. All Fees will be returned if the adoption fails within 90 days.

Jake’s Place is a 100% volunteer organization. All Fees and Donations go directly to the care of our kitties.
