My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Angelo loves people and warms up to them almost immediately. He does well with children as young as 3 years old. Angelo is a tiny terrier, weighing in at about 7 1/2 lb. He is very spunky at 13 years old and loves running around with his foster mom. His foster mom says that Angelo is very easy to care for and allows her to brush him, bathe him, and dress him up. Angelo uses potty pads at his foster home, but he also does his business in the yard when he is taken out. A good routine is necessary to keep him on track. Angelo has shown no aggression toward other animals, so he would be fine with the doggy sibling, but it is not a requirement. Please consider adopting this happy, waggy boy!

We have a Foster to adopt process. Steps for adoption are application, meet-and-greet, home check, foster for a week and then adopt.

An adoption application, adoption fee and home check are required. We do a foster to adopt process, so the dog is fostered for the first week (or so) to make sure the fit is perfect before finalizing the adoption.

More about this rescue

Loved Again Pets focuses on animals 6 years and older and special needs animals. We do rescue younger dogs that need our help when there is a need. Most of our animals come from high kill shelters, but we also help out with local surrenders. We are a foster based rescue and have foster homes in California and Oregon.
