Meet Apollo. He’s easily a fan favorite with his magnetic personality and the most handsome mug ever!
Do you love the outdoors and enjoy regular hikes and runs? Apollo may be the perfect workout buddy for you. He’s a young and energetic pup with a zest for life. Exercise is a must in his daily routine.
You’ll find Apollo is a strong-mined fella with alpha male tendencies. His love languages are words of praise and affection. With dedication and guidance he’ll continue to learn and thrive.
Apollo is best suited in a home with older kids and adults. Being the only fur child is highly recommended.
To meet this charming guy, fill out the online application and a volunteer will respond within a few days.

More about this rescue

Rescue the Underdog is small group of volunteers working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized in high kill Central Valley shelters and bring them to the Bay Area where they are placed in loving, lasting homes.
