Donatello was born in a foster home in California and transferred to Home Sweet Hammy Home when space became available to accommodate him and his mother and siblings.

Donatello is a nosy hammy who appears out of his burrow if any bit of noise is made in his enclosure. He isn't fazed by new experiences any longer but was dramatic as a younger pup and vocalized his displeasure often. Now that he is older and more confident, his drama is fading but since he is still so new to the rescue, more about his personality is being discovered and will be listed here as we get to know him better.
