My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dunn, duh-duh-Dunn!!! Presenting, the one and only: Dunn!

Dunn is an energetic guy who loves to play fetch! He’ll bring you a ball or a toy and ask you to toss it until your arm begs for a break. And while he loves his toys, he enjoys his food about as much, and will do anything for a tasty treat. He is an absolute rockstar at his training classes, and we know he’d love to go to a home with people who enjoys these kinds of activities. A few things that do not make Dunn’s list of favorite things are fireworks, motorcycles, thunder, and other pets, so Dunn will need to be the only furry family member in your home. But we’re sure you won’t mind – he’ll provide you with all the adoration you could ever need!

Does Dunn sound like the missing piece to your family’s puzzle? Great! He’s ready to meet you! Still on the fence? Consider fostering Dunn for a few weeks! Fostering with the intent to adopt is a great way to see how an animal will fit in before making things official. While fostering, you'll have full support from PAWS for medical, behavioral, and food needs. To get started, apply to foster and reach out to acfoster@pawschicago.org.
