This pup sure knows how to spice things up! If you’re looking to join the SNIPSA party, just bring the chips cause we’ve got the sauce. Plenty of Tomatillo sauce, as a matter of fact! As a Pug/Boxer mix, Tomatillo is sure to add some flavor to your life. These breeds are known for their family-friendly personalities and goofy antics. They are relatively energetic by nature, so this kiddo will require daily walks or playtime for maximum happiness. He will thrive in a household with plenty of people who can give him attention and involve him in their day-to-day. If you live an active lifestyle or have lots of space with plenty of room to run, this spicy pup will fit right in.

Tomatillo had a bit of a rough start to life as you can see from his photos. Before he and his siblings were rescued, this poor puppy was doing his best to get around on a broken leg. Luckily for Tomatillo, upon his arrival to SNIPSA, our vet team was able to help him out by immobilizing his leg in a splint. Now, some time later, he is happily healed and is living it up in his foster home. He gets along well with the other animals there and has learned several commands like sit, calm and down. Additionally, he is perfectly potty-trained and has even mastered how to use the doggy door! This boy is very social and easygoing, and would make a fun-loving addition to a home with children or other dogs.
