Spot is a young adult, superstar who is about 2 years old and weights 50 pounds. This happy guy is full of energy and exuberance! He lives to play with other dogs and would be the perfect dog park candidate, hiking buddy or marathon runner! Spot brings fun and excitement to everyone he meets and is sure to be the perfect addition to one very lucky family! We adore Spot and are ready to find a family who will too!

Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
