My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meow there! I'm Briscoe, the purrfect blend of charm and cat-titude. With my whiskers always on fleek and my tail held high, I'm the ultimate feline fashionista. I live life on the edge of the window sill, always on the lookout for those elusive bugs and birds. You could say I'm a bit of a "purr-spective" hunter! But when it's playtime, I'm all in—ready to pounce at a moment's notice. Though I'm a social butterfly with a love for humans, I also cherish my "meow" time. After all, a cat's gotta recharge those batteries, right? But don't worry, I'm always up for a cuddle session or a chin scratch when the mood strikes. As for my fellow felines, I'm as friendly as can be. I believe in fostering "pawsitive" relationships with my whiskered companions. Together, we're a purrfectly harmonious symphony of meows and mischief. So, if you're looking for a furry friend who's equal parts playful and laid-back, look no further than yours truly, Briscoe—the cat with the purrsonality to match!

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
