Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet as can be, Miss Betty Lou is an 11 week old, 14 lb. VERY friendly puppy. She was found on the side of the road in central Washington and brought to a vet clinic with an injured leg. She is scheduled to have surgery to repair the injury on June 2 and will need a 6-8wk foster home during the healing process. And then she’ll be good as new! After she heals, she will be available for adoption. Her foster will have first choice for adoption. Betty Lou is great with other dogs and even though she currently walks with a limp, she just wants to play the day away with other dogs. When she met the clinic cat, she was curious and tried to get the cat to play with her. So she’s ok with kitties, too. She is a very loving, affectionate girl who likes to cuddle and everyone that meets her just falls in love. She has been well socialized with the clinic staff, so a socially active home would be ideal. If she is unable to be with her people, she’s perfectly happy playing with her stuffies. She’s a gentle girl so kids over 10yrs old would be great for this wonderful, family dog. She must have a fenced yard and should not be left alone for more than 4-5hr intervals. During foster, all supplies are provided.
