Mark Levin observed that "Dogs are family." Our dear Bo is looking for a family to love and care for him and he will be such a fun companion!
Handsome Bo is so congenial and good natured! He is one year old and weighs 60 pounds. We love how he can curl his lip just like Elvis Presley, as you can see in one of his photos!
Bo enjoys exploring (and sniffing) the trails on our beautiful shelter grounds. He is an active and enthusiastic companion who will help you get your daily exercise. He is one of our favorite walking buddies. Bo would be a fine hiking or running buddy, too.
Outings in the fenced yard are one of Bo's favorite ways to spend the day. He has so much fun with the toys, and loves chasing balls. Bo bounds about in total joy and has a beautiful gait. He is so agile, too!
Bo is always ready for a pet and a cuddle. He's a very sweet young dog who loves being around people of all ages. We love spending time with Bo! He is so appreciative of attention and affection and has such a loving heart! Bo gives the best doggy kisses, too!
He has had a great time in play groups with his fellow shelter companions. If you have another dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure compatibility.
Bo is a bright dog who should master any commands you wish to teach him.
He spent some time at the home of one of our dedicated volunteers who reports: "Bo is a top tier good boy! Absolute sweetheart, very friendly and loving. Bo does great in the car and loves to go on walks. He is pretty good at loose leash
walking, too."
Another volunteer observes: "I love spending time with Bo! He has lots of energy and it's great to see him enjoying himself in the yard. He also has a chill side and enjoys just hanging out with you. Bo is a great cuddle buddy!"
He is going to be an awesome family dog!
