My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Salad may have a reputation as being boring, but Salad the beautiful gray tabby is anything but! And let's just mention what a star she is in front of a camera, always a delightful pose.

Here are just a few more of her charming traits:
This cuddly, playful, and friendly girl would love to be by your side all day every day. She’s always on the go and is just as happy rolling around in her human friends’ laps as she is chasing after toys or playing with other cats.
Salad’s favorite toys are wand teasers and balls – basically anything that involves interaction with a human.
Salad would do well in a home with other cats, but as long as she’s getting a lot of human attention, she’ll be delighted.
She has not been tested with dogs or children yet.
She’s a very happy girl who will bring a lifetime of joy to whoever adopts her.

If you are looking for two feline beauties with a good bit of sweetness, Soup and Salad make a great pairing. Soup is Salad's sister who is also a delight.

If you are looking for a lovely and devoted companion then be sure to meet sweet Salad. For more information or to apply to adopt please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

More about this rescue

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
