Sassy and Sweet, Coco is a feisty little snuggler. She’s scrappy and tough, will not be beat up by her foster siblings even though she’s the littlest of the bunch. She likes to try and boss everybody else around in the yard.
When it comes to snuggling, she’s a pro. What a sweet, chill couch buddy. No sign of that sass when she’s tucked up under your chin and sleeping on your chest.
Coco is currently food and toy possessive, but is super smart and would thrive with some consistent training. She’s very treat motivated and does really well in the crate.

Once your application has been received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers. After your application is approved, the foster parent for the dog you have selected will contact you to answer any questions you may have and determine if that dog is a good match for your family.
If you have no particular dog in mind, we will be happy to keep your application on file and notify you if the right dog should come into rescue. Catahoula Rescue of New England is an all-volunteer group. Dogs in our program are fostered by volunteers. The foster homes care for our dogs as if they were their own. All dogs have received vaccinations appropriate to age and are spayed or neutered.
Coco’s adoption donation is $450 which includes Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, fecal test, heartworm test, is on preventative, microchip and neuter depending on age at time of adoption. We do not have a physical shelter; all of our dogs are fostered in individual foster homes across the New England and Canada.
