My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nessie is a very sweet girl. She loves to go for walks and enjoys soaking up the sun during nice weather. Nessie is looking for a quiet home where she can be the center of attention. We have learned that this chihuahua would prefer to live with a woman, and does not care for men. Nessie loves who she loves, and does not care for new people reaching for, or trying to pet her. Nessie does bond strongly with her person, and is a wonderful companion for the right home.
Nessie enjoys moving at a slow pace and meeting people that understand it takes time to get to know each other. An adult home only will be best for this little sweetheart. If you are viewing this dog's profile on Adopt-a-Pet and are interested in adopting, please head to our official website at www.worcesterarl.org to fill out a Dog Adoption Inquiry Form, which will be located under the dog's profile. All adoptions are by appointment, thank you.

More about this shelter

Since our founding in 1912, the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) has been dedicated to the care of the animals who provide so much for their human companions. Without your support, however, nothing we do would be possible. WARL is a non-profit organization and your donations of money, time, supplies, homes, and love are vital to our cause and the lives of the animals in our care. Our sincerest thanks.
