Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! I'm Rusty, an 8 month old 9lb poodle baby. I was living in a home but due to a family member who had a serious medical issue, they were unable to care for me any longer, so here I am at Just Paws!
I'm almost fully housetrained and with more practice, I'll become an expert at walking on a leash too! I want a family that has another dog who can be my playmate as I look up to other dogs for guidance.
I really enjoy my toys and food, especially yummy treats. I tend to get extremely excited about pretty much everything, and I'll express my excitement with tiny barks and an enthusiastic dance.
I don’t know any tricks yet but I’m willing to learn with the help of delicious snacks as rewards. I also love watching TV. When my foster parents have a video on, my eyes are glued to the screen. I do need to visit the groomers regularly so that I look as fabulous as possible. I’m not neutered yet but Just Paws will arrange for that to happen shortly.
I promise you when you bring me home, I’ll be the most loyal and loving boy you’ll ever know, apply for me today!

As my foster family gets to know me my profile can change and will be updated accordingly. Check back often for details! An application for me can be found at www.justpawsanimalrescue.com.
Just Paws is located in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada. We do not adopt out of province or country.
Please note that although many of our dogs get along with children, we are not able to adopt to any household with kids under the age of 8 years old. This is a stipulation of our insurance and is not a reflection on suitability of the potential adopter.
