Hi! My name is Lady (named after the beloved Disney movie Lady and the Tramp) and I am a 1 yr old border collie mix. I was picked up as a stray out in Tooele and spent almost a month in the shelter before I was rescued by Herding Haven. If there were a beauty pageant for dogs, I would certainly be in the running for the crown and I would definitely be voted "Miss Congeniality". I am happy and friendly and I love EVERYONE I meet-- adults, kids, dogs, cats-- you name it. I am playful and energetic so I will need a family that likes to exercise as much as I do-- walks, hikes, jogs, bike rides. I would love it all. And on the days that you can't take me out for some exercise, you can give me a ball. I will entertain myself for hours with it! I am house-broken, crate-trained and learning not to let my exuberance get the best of me and pull on the leash. I am spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on my vaccinations.
