Snuggles is a well-mannered, affectionate, and low-maintenance senior
pittie. He is 10 years old and 60lb.
Snuggles would prefer to be the only pet in a home without small children. He enjoys playing gentle fetch, giving kisses and cuddling.
Snuggles LOVES ladies!
He is friendly with older children and other adults (even complete
strangers), but can be nervous around small children under 3 years
old.
Snuggles is calm around other dogs or cats if they keep a
comfortable distance. He rides well in the car and does well in the
house alone.
He knows all the basic commands and some more. Snuggles
is such a gentleman: he will wait for your command before eating, and
he will also back up to give you more space if you wish.

Snuggles is neutered, very healthy, and up-to-date on vaccines.

More about this rescue

We are an all volunteer, 501c3 non profit animal rescue group working to save animals from high kill Southern California shelters such as the Camarillo shelter. We give abandoned animals a safe permanent home through networking, adoption events and transporting animals to reputable 501c3 rescues. We have a strong focus on the most at risk for death row breeds; pit bulls and chihuahas. We advocate for animal welfare, affordable spay and neuter programs and ending backyard breeding. Through community education we hope to restore the positive image of the American Pit Bull Terrier as the loving family dog it truly is. We depend completely on charitable donations to support our work. Donations are needed to cover pull fees to get animals out of the shelter, temporary boarding fees, transport and vet costs. We support the NO KILL platform and dream of the day when all shelters will be NO KILL.
