Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Timothy, a 50 year old male tortoise. Timothy is used to eating natural desert vegetation and will not eat tortoise food pellets or hay. Timothy would prefer to live in a nice outdoor area with a shady place to relax away from the sun and a shallow pool or pond he may soak in to stay hydrated. Tortoises require specific care and live long lives, up to 80 years so adopting one is a commitment. We would prefer Timothy go to a home with someone who is familiar with how to care for a tortoise and has a yard he will thrive in.
