Hey there, I'm Frenchi, the adorable 18-month-old Maltese terrier mix! At just 12 pounds, I might be small, but I've got a huge heart full of love and playfulness. You see, I'm still a puppy at heart, and boy, do I love my toys! Playing fetch and tug-of-war are my specialties.
My favorite thing to do? Zoomies in the yard, no doubt about it! The wind in my fur, the thrill in my paws, it's the best feeling ever. I’d love a fenced in yard but I think I would be ok in a condo if you give me lots of exercise. Now, I'm working on my housetraining—hey, nobody's perfect, right? But I promise I'm getting better every day!
When it comes to people, I'm an absolute cuddle bug. Sitting on laps is my ultimate goal in life, and I'll snuggle up to you whenever I can. I’d be ok with kids as long as they understand that sometimes I play with my mouth. I’m learning that there are better ways to play. I love people so much that I like to be underfoot and follow you around. I don’t like to be alone but I will sit nicely while you are working if you give me toys and the occasional pet.
Other dogs? Well, I might be a bit shy at first, but give me a little time, and I'll warm up. If there's a confident doggy sibling in the mix, I'm totally up for that, but being your one and only is pretty great too! I am not sure how I feel about cats.
Oh, and let's talk about my lovely soft fur. It's not just good looks, you know—my beautiful coat sheds very little. So, you won't have to worry about too much cleanup.
