My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi ! My name is Mowzy ! I am a very shy cat at first and it takes me some time to make new friends. I like to hide in my safe spots when things are new or strangers are around. It's taken me quite a while to get comfortable with my foster parents but now I can trust them. My foster dad is such a nice guy but he is forgetful sometimes. So, I have to make sure I meow in the morning so he remembers to feed me my breakfast and then again to do my morning brushing. He seems to like it because he always meows back to me, but I don't understand what he's saying (I pretend I do) ! Now that I'm not hiding as much, I do like to play with my toys (especially the little balls). My foster mom likes to play with the wand toy, which is not my favorite, but sometimes I'll join in to keep her company. We always have dinner together as a family in the kitchen and then usually watch TV at night. I'll join my foster mom on the couch and curl up next to her. I especially like Wheel of Fortune. I am very gentle - if there is something I don't like I won't bite or scratch - I just do a "tap-tap-tap" with my paw to let you know that I'm getting uncomfortable. I would be a great housemate as I don't jump on tabletops or scratch the furniture - I like my scratching pads. I have lived with older cats before, but I like being the only cat so I get all the attention - I love scratches and brushing the best. I will probably always be the kind of cat that hides when strangers visit but that just means I'm saving myself for you ! To learn more about her, please email her foster at inthebigblue22@gmail.com
