Meet Briggs the love bug!

Briggs was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of his own (his family being unable to care for him). In fact, he came here after heroically protecting his former lady friend from another dog. Briggs is one of the snuggliest dogs we've ever met. He absolutely loves people!! He gets so excited to go for walks. He is frequently seen sitting on a bench, getting pets, while gazing into his walker's eyes. Briggs is the biggest love bug. We have no idea why he is still here, other than not showing well in his kennel. He likes to talk to people. He's a catch! Come scoop this handsome guy up!

He is current on all his age appropriate vaccines, micro-chipped and neutered.

If you have a dog already in the home, we could schedule a meet and greet in our new play park under staff supervision.

A talker, a cuddler, a friend so dear,
In this big world, he's waiting here.
