My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Suzie Q is shy at first, but warms up and enjoys naps on her person's lap.  She is a little lovebug!  She gets super excited when she sees a leash, and will put her paws up on your thighs so you can leash her without bending down.  She's the energizer bunny on walks.  Smelling nature is her favorite thing to do.  She would make a great hiking buddy!

No other pets preferred.  She is living in a foster home with another dog, but she prefers to have the attention all to herself.  Very food motivated and wants to learn. She is fully housetrained.

Has a history of pancreatitis, so she is on a low fat prescription diet.  Due to her history of pancreatitis, intermittent diarrhea is to be expected.  She is used to an owner who is home most of the time to let her out through the day.  She typically sleeps soundly through the night.  If she does need to go outside during the night, she will wake you up rather than go in the house.

She's a smart girl!
