Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey everyone, my name is Skye. They tell me I am a very beautiful beagle but I wouldn’t know. You see, I am blind. I do realize that may make it a little bit more difficult to find me a home but I sure hope not.

I’m only one year old so I’m really still a puppy. I LOVE to play with other dogs. I definitely need a home where there is another young dog for me to play with.
I did hear through the grapevine that they are taking me to see an eye doctor to see if there’s anything they can do to restore my vision. Wouldn’t that be great? You can still apply for me before my appointment, but of course there’s always the chance that nothing can be done, so you have to be willing to take me as I am.

I will take a family with a lot of patience. I am very sweet, but very skittish. When I am outside I am afraid of every sound, so I will need to learn that being outside is safe. I also am working on my housebreaking, but do still have some accidents.

My favorite thing is to play with another dog, and then snuggle on the couch with my person. Maybe I'm the one for you.

I am vaccinated, micro-chipped, spayed and HW negative. I only weigh about 16 pounds so I am a little girl.
